This week I had to make a return to this store. What Lousy customer service. I had purchased a garden hose due to it popping a leak and luckily it was under warranty. WHen I took it to returns counter with my receipt the gal (Irene, I believe) looked at it and said that there no bar code as if it were my problem they had not put one on it. I handed her the receipt and she says for me to go get another one. I told her I did not wish to exchange it,, only to return it. She still insisted on the bar code. I told her to have someone go get one then. She says that she had nobody to get it and I would have to get it for myself. She could have easily walked over there much easier then myself and she was a young gal. I told her that I have a leg problem and it was clear on the other side of the store. She still would not go and get it. I ended up having to make that trek and getting for some lazy employee.
This is not the way to treat your customers, expecially older disabled customers.
