  • Worst experience of my life. I booked a room for the wrong time so I asked the clerk to cancel and "he did" or I thought he did. I booked a room that night. Then come to find out he never canceled it so when I asked for a refund the manager Nina refused. She said that I was a no show and that she would not do the refund. I will never ever stay here again. I will take my Buisness else where. Every calling their 1800 # they couldn't do anything without her ok.
