  • The food and service were excellent and if my rating was solely based on that I would have given True Food 5 stars. BUT, after using the restroom, and witnessing my server cleaning the splash zone around the urinal, my rating went down to 2 stars. Even though I saw my server wash his hands, I was still grossed out. I know someone needs to clean the bathroom, but does it really have to be my server?!?! Don't get me wrong, I was not mad at the staff, because I am sure they were just doing their job, but I really wish I did not have to see that. I really love this place and always get good service and delicious food but I just don't appreciate my servers also cleaning the bathrooms and then handling my food. I don't know if this is their policy, but unfortunately I have not been able to bring myself back there since then.
