  • Not only did we have to wait for 30 minutes for a small takeout order for 2 people, when we got our order it was wrong and the response from the employee was "you said enchilada" when we clearly ordered the plate. No apologies, no urgency or concern for the 8 people waiting and waiting and waiting for their food. This all while the employees in the kitchen can be clearly seen from the front of the restaurant stand around and do nothing. The shift manager Megan made zero effort to speed things up or offer any apology while her employee argued that we were in the wrong for our the oder mixup. There is no amount of refurbishments that can take the place of common sense and customer care. Next time we'll go to the Ahwatukee location.
