New to sprint service coming from Tmobile. They were actually very nice when I set it up but didn't disclose anything to me. Two lines with a buy one get one promotion on the iphones (leases). When I got the bill the credit for the promotion was not covering the amount of one of the phones. Sprint customer service is next to useless when you call them. They don't seem to know anything and just tell you to go to the store. I couldn't seem to get a straight answer on way I was not receiving the proper credit. I had to go to the new location on north Stephanie street and involve both the store manager and a regional manager for it to get rectified. I was also told I wouldn't have a bill due until the end of the following month after my service began. This was a lie as well I had a bill due 30 days later. Overall nice to your face but seems to tell you want you want to hear to get the sale which may or may not be accurate information.
