I'm sad to have to give this place two stars. And honestly the two stars is for the cleanliness and atmosphere. I got the "reflexology" and focus massage which mainly revolved around the neck, shoulders and head. The focus massage was okay. It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage and I did tell her I wanted more medium to firm. It was neither. Time came for my reflexology massage. CLEARLY, she did not know the first thing about it. She used her hands or nails (couldn't tell) and spent 23 of the 25 minutes going up and down every centimeter on the top and bottom of my feet and around my ankles to give a small "pinch" or needle-like feeling. I honestly had no idea what she was trying I do but that is NOT reflexology. That's annoying and uncomfortable. It felt like little needles poking at me...maybe like acupuncture. (I don't know how how acupuncture feels since I hate needles, so you can imagine the level of discomfort). I kept kind of kicking my foot away which would be the universal sign of "I'm uncomfortable". Maybe I should have spoken up but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking she may do something like at least massaging it. I did mention this to the receptionist and got the "ohhh. I'm sorry" response. I unfortunately won't be back because the masseuses are not experienced in what they are assigned to do. I hate to judge everyone based off one experience but I am not willing to spend $200 again to get punched and poked.
