  • Better prices than Urban Cyclist. Customer service is hit and miss. After spending a little under $200 in bike accessories they wouldn't lend me the proper tool to put them on my bike. Customer relations should be #1 in my opinion because competition is fierce in this market. It's a shame because it only seemed to be one guy in particular seemed confrontational. Looking elsewhere next time.
