Dropped off a PS3 exhibiting the "yellow light of death" at their mall kiosk in Arizona Mills.
Unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. Worse, they tacked on a $10 service charge, which was mentioned for the first time when I went to pick up the PS3. I don't really have a huge problem with a flat fee for looking at it, but I'm disappointed that I had to find out about it only at the very end.
Interestingly, they put one of their stickers on the side of the PS3. So now when someone asks me who failed to fix it, I can look at the PS3 and tell them. After all, I paid $10 for that sticker.
