  • If I could give Zero Stars, I would!!! I am Beyond UPSET! I had taken 3 articles of clothing in, 2 had major alteration and one was just a dress that needed a zipper replaced, which cost $50 by the way!! I told them NOT to rush as the clothing is Burberry and I had spent a lot of money on them and did not want them to mess it up. They tell me a week and half (10days) it will all be done. I said sure and paid $175 for everything. I come back on the scheduled date and lo and behold, NOTHING was done!!!! Not even one stitch was put into anything! I got the excuse that some of the seamstresses were of holidays and there were 4 other peoples clothes in line in front of mine. OK, if that's the case then why even take my clothes and give me that completion date, give me a later date!!! It has now been a MONTH and I still haven't gotten a call about my clothes!! I went back to see if my clothes were done(2 more weeks later for a total of a month) and she says that my clothes were done the next day after I had left the first time 2 week prior... I say, "ok? So why didn't I get a call"? Her response was that I left before she could tell me. BULLSHIT!!! (sorry for my colourful language) I then repeated what she had told me right before I left the weeks prior. I said "I hope my clothes will be done in 2 more weeks as I need them by August" She then said "oh for sure they will be done by then and we have your number and we'll give you a call" Once I repeated what she had said to me, she had nothing to say because I caught her in a lie. Unbelievable!! I got no phone call and apparently, everything was done the day after the original scheduled date!! Which I find very hard to believe!! They are liers and worst of all they lie right to your face! DO NOT take clothes here if you are in a rush to get them or to even have anything done by the expected date, it will not happen!!!
