  • I have been coming to the brow bar for over a year now and I love the job that the ladies do! They take the time to ask what shape you want and then they "brow map" you and show you what is going to stay and what is going to be removed. I use Retin-A and Megan explained to me that that was most likely the reason I have been burned at other places by wax so she tweezed me instead. No one had ever explained that to me before, that's why I love this place. There have been some changes in staffing recently but the girls are working even harder to try and accommodate everyone and they cant help that other estheticians have moved on. I, for one, will continue to come here because no where else I have been has done even half the job as the estheticians employed here. Megan always takes her time and really knows her stuff. Katie, the new manager is hilarious and great too. By the way, I have been to Valencia in the past and "Penny" who left a review is definitely her so I wouldn't listen to someone who used to work there and is trying to make the company look bad :/ Definitely worth the $20. Ask them about tinting too! Also, tips are only cash which kinda stinks but make sure you have a few dollars on you because their registers can't can't put it on the card.
