  • First, let me start with trying to make an appt. I called and was immediately put on hold. For 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold again! The I hung up and called back and it was busy. Should have been my first clue. Finally got through and made an appt. Went in today and there were rude, abrupt signs everywhere about NO CELL PHONES! NO FOOD! NO DRINKS! I had to fill out a sign in form and it commanded me to "FILL OUT EVERYTHING! DON'T WRITE "SAME" FOR ANY BLANKS!!" The office was very old and dated looking. very incomfortable chairs. I heard the phone ring and saw the rceptionist answer it and put them on hold anf she continued her conversation with a girl working on the files. She never picked the phone back up. This happened a few more times. The girl working on the files wasn't in any kind of uniform. She was in fucking BOOTY SHORTS with her ass hanging out of the bottom and a sparkly, rhinestones T-shirt. Are you fucking kidding me? Finally taken back to the exam room and the room is painted PINK! But not a soothing pink, a bright, orangey, coral pink. IT actually made me a bit dizzy. Once again, the exam room was old and dated with signs everywhere advertising their 3D baby scan shit. The only thing saving this place from 1 star is that the nurse practitioner I saw was very nice. Kind of crude, but very nice. I won't be going back and I plan on telling my GP that referred me about my experience.
