rev:text	I have many pets and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. Why? It's a small shop, you meet directly with Dr Pruitt, and you are in the exam room with your pet the entire time. (At other vets they sometimes take your pet into some other room to give them shots etc - not here, there is no back room.) He always takes the time to explain issues in great detail. I have never been up-sold some random treatment. The Pruitt's are great people truly care about your pet.
