  • Thank you Niles Shields for saving the day. We were in AZ for memorial day weekend and set to head back to California tonight for a camping trip, however a semi flat tire threatened to derail all our holiday plans. All other shops we tried were either booked solid and could not help us or closed. Stopping by the Goodyear shop was a last ditch effort, and I'm stoked to say it paid off. Even though Niles and his team were booked and undermanned they accommodated us and took a look at our tire. Once it was determined that it was a bad valve stem it was switched out and I was ready to go in 15 minutes. Thanks again, I'm now a lifelong fan of Goodyear tires, their customer service is unmatched and they really do go above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Niles and all the guys at the shop.
