  • Took my SUV there for an alignment on the recommendation of Discount Tires. They proceeded to give me a quote for almost $2300.00 to basically replace my front end (tie-rods, etc.). Three days later I took my SUV into the Chevrolet dealer for an oil change, had them check everything out; to my surprise I was told there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my front end! They had showed me underneath my SUV where it was supposedly loose, what a croc! I couldn't see any movement at all but they insisted the rubber mounts were bad as well! There was no uneven pattern on the tires that I had just replaced that same morning! Sorry Brakes Plus, you didn't get one single cent from me! On the plus side before all this, the counter men were very nice!
