My friends and I wanted to try a really good French restaurant in town. One friend mentioned Bouchon but all I can think of is the bakery? She had told us they have a restaurant also in the Venetian hotel. The place wasn't very easy to find. It was hidden in the top floors but loved how it was quieter, away from the crazy crowd and had a scenic view. As we were greeted and sat the waiter was very friendly and recommended a special that wasn't on the menu which was the duck confit with lentils. The duck was cooked perfectly. For appetizer we also order the salmon rillettes. This was like butter but salmon butter. Let me remind you my friends and I can eat. We all ordered something different to share. For our main course we ordered the steak Frites, lamb, and croque madame. Every single dish was divine!! I think bouchon has the best croque madame and the sauce is to die for!! Bechamel!! To end our course we ordered their Pavlova and profiteroles!! Omg!! So it's official Bouchon is the best French restaurant in town!!
