  • I came in with four items I had previously used and wanted to buy. Very straight forward. Staff are uneducated on the products they have in stock, in their actual store. I was told the products I wanted by buy were limited edition and not in stock. Was sold a color I hadn't asked for, by mistake, and then given aggravation when I came back 2 minutes later for the correct color exchange which then... they had miraculously had in stock the whole time. Terrible customer service and uneducated on stock, in actual store. With no sales required in this transaction required, they actually managed to mess the sale up.
