  • I want to start my review by saying that Reyna is very nice and I think she is probably talented at doing hair. That's where my good experience ended. When I called to make the appt (it was my first time trying this salon) I told the receptionist what I wanted and that I needed to leave at a certain time. Apparently she thought it was enough time because she booked my appointment. I booked for highlights, root touch up and haircut. Turns out all I got was an overall color and that's it because there wasn't enough time to do what I wanted. That wasn't terrible because I was thinking maybe I should stop doing highlights anyway for a change. But I didn't even have time to get a haircut. The thing that really made me upset was that I was still charged for a haircut. The receptionist told me it was $130 for color, cut, and style and it didn't matter that I didn't get a haircut because it was a bundle. Another issue I have is that my overall color was supposed to be dark brown but my hair is definitely black. I think I almost cried when I saw it. Reyna even consulted with someone when picking out the color and that person (I don't know his name) chose this color. So all of this together really makes me question how this salon is run. I won't be coming back.
