  • Great bike shop, my favorite in Toronto by far. Service from Steve, Cynthia, and the rest of the team is impeccable, they all want to build a relationship for the long term rather than just make a quick sale. This team put up with all my crazy requests on a custom build, and even corrected a component selection error which was really my fault at no extra cost. Not necessarily the best place to shop for parts, though they will order anything you could possibly want, this store is really all about the service side of things, and you can tell from the bikes on the mechanics stands that there are plenty of bike nerds bringing their pride and joy to Switchback, as well as everyday commuters.
