  • I have been visiting Number One Pho for about 5 or 6 years. My wife and I found it one night when we had gotten fustrated with trying to find parking around Little Italy for the FOA. Went over the Number One Pho for lunch today with a few friends. I have eaten here many times, and I am usually pretty happy with the food. The noodles were a bit starchy today, but overall we all enjoyed the experience. I had the the shrimp and pork roles and pho bo vien-my personal favorite. I have never really had a bad meal here, even though the thoughts on the food from my friends have been mixed - some folks just don't have a taste for it. Regardless, the staff are prompt and treat their customers really well. Just today, my friends wife ordered a coconut bubble tea. They did not have coconut, but they did have strawberry. She thought it was too sweet, and when the waiter noticed that she did not drink it, he took it off of the bill with out us even asking him to do it.
