  • Ulta at Ballanyne is awful. They send me emails for product samples and every time I go, they are "out " of samples. Today I went to get the Clinque Chubby lipstick...they were out of them. I asked if they were giving a substitution...."no...just hold onto your email and try next time you come in". Really? I think they send the emails to get you into the store. They don't give samples to try products...the staff is over made up and have attitude. I can't be the only one who sees this. Sephora will be getting my business from now on....sick of Ultas fake promotions and crappy service.
