  • I was having an unlucky day. A small pebble smacked the middle of my windshield and it was close to business closing time. Heading out of town soon, my worry was that the chip would spread before I could get to an auto glass place. The staff was amazing, Dea and Cassie. They found a way to squeeze me -- and it was obvious how busy they were. They called my insurance company for me, and brightened my day by walking me through the process (and being funny at the same time). It's rare to find people so professional AND personable. They discovered another chip on the windshield and managed to fix that too. I am not excited to get another chip in my window, BUT... if I do then I know exactly where I'm going!
