  • Very disappointed with these guys. First they dinged and dented the hell out of my walls and doorways. My wife gave the crew water bottles to drink. It was hot so they asked a few times. We are still finding water bottles all over the house. Worst is when they got to the piano. First they claimed that a broken bot for the peddles was "already broken". Then they could not figure out how to take legs off. I had to call another company to I've piano. They had already loaded top and bench so I had half a piano at each house. They had to come back cause they forgot to give me the bolts. Found bolts on my door step next day. If you don't want to have to repair your walls skip the Red Carpet
