  • Can I give this place 0 stars? I walked in and was ignored for a good 5 minutes, while the girls at the front desk were having personal conversations. Finally one of the girls moves out of the way so that I can check-in but NO ONE greeted me or asked if perhaps it was my first time and tell me what to expect; so I looked for an empty chair to sit at, walked to the chair and discovered it filthy with hair!!!! How disgusting and where is the manager who oversees the girls maintaining the front desk!!! I only walked in here because I had a gift card and was prepared to give a tip BUT GUESS WHAT? I am walking out disgusted and the gift card I was given will go to waste because I am not stepping foot back in this crap hole!
