| - i had also bought this as a groupon. The place itself is in a really old, creepy, smelly building which was a little off-putting to me, but I figured that doesn't mean the massage won't be good.
It wasn't.
The lady was really weird. She was nice, but it came off insincere. Like she was trying too hard to suck up to me. It just made me feel tense and uncomfortable. The massage itself wasn't good. She rubbed my head which was a little weird and she only spent maybe 5 minutes on my back and neck. Most of the time was on my legs oddly enough. Plus she didn't even give me the full hour....It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good.
This is the part that pisses me off though. After we were done, she stared me down waiting for me to give her a tip. I didn't have any cash, so she said she'd take credit, which wasn't a big deal to me. She asked how much and I said $5 which was 15% of what I paid. Again, the massage wasn't good. She made a snarky remark about how paypal charges her a processing fee and insisted that I gave her more money. SHE INSISTED THAT I GIVE A BIGGER TIP.
First of all, I don't have to give you a tip. Tipping is for when the massage was good. Me tipping you was because I felt guilty. If you REQUIRE a certain amount for a tip, then charge more for your massages. And i'm sorry that paypal charges you a processing fee, but that's no my problem. That's yours.
So rude. I'll never go back and you shouldn't either.
