  • Poor customer service and quality of work! Took a brand new pair of $200+ jeans with tags on and they were ruined when hemming. Bootcut jeans were pulled so tight in hemming the bottoms were all wavy and looked ridiculous. They would not even attempt to fix without additional cost or replace the jeans. What a waste of money! So disappointed...beware.
