Called in to see if I could bring my car in to change all 4 brake pads for the deal they advertise. The nice guy on the phone told me it would be $99 for the front and $99 for the rear. I left my car and was told the front ones were fine and the rear ones would need pads and rotors changed. Also, some rods had to be lubed up and the brake fluid would have to be changed. I ended up paying $377 and some change and spent 3 hours there. I don't know if I overpayed or not, I'll let you be the judge. I'm a girl and I don't know much about cars so I agreed to it. Other than that, my car seems to be running smoothly without the whistling sound when I break. The guy who helped me was polite and friendly. If I remember correctly, his name was Chris.
I do wish I would've looked at all the reviews before deciding on this place. Looking at the paperwork he gave me AFTER I paid, none of the services he charged me for make much sense. I didn't get a written estimate before the work was done and he noted on the contract that I did. They also didn't show me anything after and he marked that I inspected the car. I'm starting to feel that I did overpay and I'm not 100% sure they did the work he said they would. I know I'm a girl and don't understand most of these things but this is no way to do good business. I'll be contacting corporate just to be sure that I didn't overpay.
