Our sales rep Ed was amazing and helpful. Once we got our close to $7000 couch delivered, I noticed the leather on only one cushion was super worn and distressed after only one week plus there is foam showing at the base of the couch. I called they finally got a service guy out 2 months later. He looked at it, said it must have been a bad batch of leather. Agreed to fix it. It's been at least two months since the rep came out. My couch still isn't fixed. I've tried to follow up, still no reply. I'm pissed.
