  • I came in for a Septum piercing at 6pm. I was told to come back before 8pm because that is when they stopped taking walk ins. I arrived at 7:30pm. They were a little busy. I was told to hold on and someone would be with me. About 20 minutes went by and the guy called for me but another group (2 girls) went up to him and he took care of them. Another 5 min went by and he replies, "I don't know if you heard me on the phone but we are no longer taking anyone else, these girls were the last for walk ins" I told him I was here before them but he stated his boss ok'd them because they were in last week and needed to get an additional piercing. So I got there 30 min before you stop taking walk ins, I wait 30 minutes, someone goes in front of me, you take them and when you finally help me, you tell me sorry? What a waste of peoples time. I work in the customer service industry and this is just poor business. Maybe ask me what I'm here for when I get in. If you don't have time tell me, don't wait 30 min then tell me those were the last girls for the night. Sidenote* be aware of your customers and their arrival. You would have known I was there way before them, I was just patiently waiting in the corner. Be a little more organized. Your front desk person was running around ragged. Nice person but handled that situation poorly!
