  • I did not have a positive experience with Old West Builders. In fact, I had no experience with them at all, just voicemail. My AC broke and was matched with this company through my home warranty company. They did not return any calls or emails, and I waited 2 1/2 business days (per my warranty). This company was completely neglectful. I am now on Day 3 without AC, in June, in Phoenix. Let's hope the next company I am paired with has some sort of customer service to speak of.
