rev:text	Unpleasant car buying experience at least with our sales advisor. I was recommended to Dave because the person that recommended me to Dave had a great sales experience with him however the feeling was not mutual. I felt that I spent way more time in there than I should have. Nitty Gritty, after spending a little more than 5 hours there, I had to return a few hours later because I had to take care of other things and my sales advisor was not there after he said he would be. To my benefit, I was able to meet Ed whom I felt had my full on attention and definitely showed that he cared about my needs and was very punctual and never wasted my time. Don't get me wrong, I am a very patient person, but this was a ridiculous car buying experience at least for the first half of my time there. I'm really glad however that Ed got half of the commission. He was a sincere sales advisor. Further more, many employees here love to stare here. My sales advisor Dave even found the time to chit chat with the other staff while I'm there waiting to get his attention. Had I known that he was too busy for me, I would have requested for Ed from the start. Might I add that there was apparently a car on fire in which I saw an employee with fire extinguishers. I was unsure if I was safe or not. A fire truck was even on the scene. I will most likely not be coming here again, but at the event that I had to recommend someone for a great sales experience I would without any hesitation recommend them to see Ed.
