I am writing my review on customer service. The first time I visited the store Rosa helped me tremendously and had great customer service. Unfortunately the ring was not EVERYTHING I was looking for so I had to return it. My second visit to the store was far from satisfactory. I let Rosa know I would be returning the ring because I found another ring that was much more my style. She was yet again very nice and was willing to help all she could. I let the "manager" Andy know that the ring was not sized correctly in the first place and that is why I had string around it. As he frantically cut the string off he said "why didn't u just bring it back the next day and get it sized correctly". That right there did not sit right with me but I let him know that I was leaving town and I did not have the time and I live on the other side of the valley. As Rosa was explaining the return to me he then looks at me and says "its a size 5, I put it on the ring sizer and that's what it is" that made me feel like he was trying to say I did not know my own ring size. I then proceeded to ask him to get out the ring sizers and put it on my finger. I showed how the ring that I bought easily came on and off my finger with ease and that it was not the correct size. When trying on their ring sizers my size was in fact a size 5. He then tells me that different golds size differently. I didn't return the ring because of the size issue. I returned it because I found something else that was more me, but with the way I was treated by the "manager" Andy, I am glad I am returning the ring and I will not be back!
