  • I was so impressed with Zaid! I asked him to come out and just give me a 2nd opinion about my AC unit that had gone to a bad place. He came out, knowing that I may not use his services, but spent the time investigating the problem, explaining it all to me and letting me know that the first quote I had received was a fair one. How is that for customer service AND honesty!?! Not only that, but he didn't charge me for the visit. Extraordinary man. Even though we didn't use his services this time, he came highly recommended as an honest professional. It was refreshing to meet someone who clearly cares about his customers!!
