  • I recently bought a cake and mini cupcakes here for a baby shower. The mini cupcakes were okay and the cake was beautifully decorated, however the bottom layer of the cake was extremely dry and had no flavor. For the price I paid, I was expecting a much better tasting cake; not a cake that was mostly thrown away because no one would eat it. I called the next week to complain because the cake we tasted when we ordered the cake was nothing like the cake we got. I received horrible customer service. The lady on the phone raised her voice and told me they didn't do anything wrong and that me and my 70+ guests were just not used to the texture of the cake. I will never do business here again.
