  • To start, the install had a few hiccups. They were installing a new system and a few things didn't work quite right. So they came back out and worked on it again. The problems were intermittent and so it was a challenge to actually diagnose the issue. On the last visit for a final inspection I had to leave and was not home when the tech arrived. Jay asked if I'd be okay letting the tech in while I was away. He assured me and said, "I'd let him into my home and trust him even with $100 on my dresser." ... well I had left some money out on my dresser and I told Jay that we'd put his guy to the test. And so we did. The AC was passed and was working great, and my money was all still there on my dresser. It's great to work with honest people. And these guys act honestly even when no one is around.
