I had this company come out to just service my AC unit. After checking everything out and finding nothing wrong with it. They tell me I have a duct work that is partially blocked and that they need to run a new duct to fix it. I said okay and they charged my credit card to do it. The tech said she can't do the work and someone would call me to setup a time to do it. 8 days later I still had not received that phone call. So I had someone else come out to check it out and they told me I do not need any duct work done. So I call and cancel my work with Christian brothers and ask them to refund me my $560 for the work they didn't do. They said okay we will refund you. 14 days later I still had not received the refund to my credit card. So I call back into the office and speak to the HR rep Joy, she then tells me she never charged my credit card, even though she is the same rep that called me and told me she DID charge me and would refund me (I have a voicemail to prove it). She then tells me I must be confused and had another company charge me. My credit card statement clearly states it was Christian Brothers. She then tells me she needs to check her records and will call me back in 20 minuets. It's been 48 hours. Still no phone call back and no refund. Horrible horrible company.
