| - If I could give El Pueblo a negative star rating, I would. My family has used El Pueblo for years. Now that they have a new owner, this place has gone down hill rapidly. Not only does their new employee not give a darn about your needs, but she is rude and very unhelpful. I was promised my clothes yesterday, but when I arrived today to pick them up, the most important item, a jacket I was taking to Alaska tomorrow, was not in the order. When I questioned its whereabouts, I was told it was off the property. I asked to go and pick it up and I was told there was no way to do that - the workers would not know where to look. I was told there must have been a spot on the garment - I came home, called Tiffany's, who cleans their clothes, and low and behold my jacket was sitting right there at 32nd/Shea on a rack for items without an owner's name. This $180 jacket was considered lost due to El Pueblo's inefficiency in making sure your clothes stay together and are properly marked. Now I can drive down to Tiffany's to pick up my jacket for my trip.
Last time I picked my order up, I ended up with another person's shirts.
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.
