  • Had to share the good news about Holly White, the optical manager at this location. It was my 3rd time talking to someone about a recent prescription, while comparison shopping, and Holly spent the most time with me to explain how to interpret the prescription and find the best product. She also armed me with the right questions to ask my insurance company to make sure I would be adequately reimbursed (since Costco wasn't in-network - which, by the way, is the only reason for withholding a star!).
