I was with another alarm company for about 5 years. I had many issues and was always calling customer service for that company. My sister purchased a new home and did her research on alarm companies. She found JPG and set up her install. When she told me about JPG and the great customer service I couldn't really believe everything she was saying. I decided to give JPG a call for a consultation and was surprised at the great customer service and knowledge Jim had.The day of my installation the tech was very kind and explained with detail what he was planning to do. I can not believe I waited so long to find JPG.
