  • I and my wife decided to check out Lake Las Vegas it was a Saturday night and as we walked around we heard the music of Frank Sinatra we also noticed that it was very sluggish between 7 and 8:30 we decided to stop in to Sandra's a grill we had already met a few people that we knew from Vegas their surprisingly enough we came into the bar side and we stayed there the bartender had 6 people there were two people in front of us in line for drinks so we waited after that we waited some more after that we waited some finally one of our friends came in and said to the bartender hey let's get some drinks over here I know these people the bartender look perturbed he came over got a few drinks we ask for the manager his name was Christopher Lee Colby I was so disappointed because he defended his bartenders actions saying that the bartender had actually built his client's house which 6 people seemed like a small building since I have been in Hospitality for 25 years I have managed La Salsa Cantina at the Caesars Forum Shops so I understand proper customer service when the bartender heard me speaking to the manager he instantly became defensive and said how would I know you wanted me to serve you how would I know you needed a table you need to tell me you need to speak up it was so upsetting and frustrating that I literally told him I do not want to speak to you and the manager still defended him upon speaking with some of my friends that own homes there and live there they have told me consistently that the businesses and their profits have gone down I know why please do not visit this place I rarely write reviews because I want everybody in the industry to make it but this place needs to be a place you pass on.
