Five months on from my initial review and it's only gotten worse. If there were some sort of negative number of stars to give as a rating, I'd use that function here. We're set up on auto-pay (or "easy-pay" as they call it) and somehow they manage to botch even that. I'm on auto-pay and you call me three times in the last two months telling me that my payment is past due? I'm paying for "peace of mind" and you can't even keep your books straight? Just amazingly bad.
