Let me preface this review by indicating that we did NOT listen to the piano music--only stopped in for a beverage. Having said that, the bartender was the most miserable, condescending, snarky person that I've ever met in the food service industry.
His name is Ryon and he was an older gentlemen with white hair and glasses. My friend and I were the only two people at the bar (it had just opened) and he literally couldn't had been more disrespectful and neglectful. He spent the majority of the time with his back turned to us texting on his iPhone. When we asked for a wine list (after all, this is a "wine bar"), he told us to walk to the other side of the bar and get them ourselves.
During happy hour, drink specials are two for one. When we tried to order a second cheaper glass of wine, the same bartender dismissively told us that it had to be the exact same glass. Again, it wasn't the ridiculous policy that upset us, it was the condescending attitude displayed by this bartender.
I've never had to write a one star review and I'm appalled that this poor quality of service is at a bar within one of the nicest casinos on the strip in Vegas.
(***Its interesting to note that a month ago there was an eerily similar Yelp review regarding the EXACT same bartender)
