  • HORRIBLE! WARNING - DEAL WITH EAGLERIDER AT YOUR OWN RISK USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THIS ONE The worst experience and customer service ever. They cancelled our slingshot reservation twice, after we paid in full. Big company where several employees are ignorant, rude, don't care, don't get back to you, hang up on you and shamelessly misrepresent the facts. The manager, Josh, was never available. 1. Eaglerider charges you in full at the time of the reservation. The company we booked out of despair at the last minute does not. 2. Eaglerider charges $18/day to guarantee the model, others don't. 3. Eaglerider allows 200 free miles. The company we found has unlimited free miles. 4. Eaglerider cancelled our slingshot reservation at the last minute - twice. Here's our NIGHTMARE in a nutshell: We rented a Polaris slingshot on line and paid the $18/day guarantee. Later Eaglerider called to say that they only have one, but 4 people reserved it for the same period and we were 2nd in line. NO REFUND. We were forced to cancel our trip: airfare, hotel, shows, restaurant reservations, etc which cost us time/money. We called trying to reschedule it a month later. Ashley said she had to confirm it with Josh & call us back. No call back, no emails. My wife called and Ashley happened to answer the phone, not knowing who my wife was. Ashely said they no longer rent the slingshot. I took the phone & Ashley hung up when she heard who I was. Thereafter, she was never available. Desiree took over. She was nice/prompt at first, saying that we could have the slingshot. Days later Desiree emailed that the slingshot was in an accident and not available. She stated that she was processing a full refund that would take 7-10 business days. 11 business days later - NO REFUND. We took time from our vacation in NV to go to Eaglerider in person to see Desiree. She refused to see us but we insisted. She had an attitude problem and was rude. Oliver took over and in the end our credit receipt was produced in about 10 min. The credit showed up the following business day, not 7-10 days. TELLING US THAT THE CREDIT HAS BEEN PROCESSED 15 DAYS EARLIER WAS A SHAMELESS LIE. Nothing had been done. Save yourself the time and trouble. Do not deal with this disgraceful company - except for Oliver, the only person who apologized, but unfortunately he is caught in a system that doesn't work.
