  • I recently had Contour TV installed. When I initially ordered it I was told that I would be able to record up to 6 shows at once. When the technician installed it, he also told me I could record up to 6 shows at once. Surprise, surprise....I can only record 2 shows at once! I called Cox to see why and was told if I wanted to record more than 2 shows at once, it would be an additional charge of $12.99 a month! It would have been nice to know that at the time of ordering or installation! I am so sick of being screwed by Cox and their outrageous prices and hidden fees! Beware!!!
