I have mixed feelings about this place only because I really like our car salesman, Jason, but I went through the whole shady process again when it came time to sit and talk numbers. They really want you to focus on the monthly payment not on all the fees and actual price your buying the car for. As someone who deals with loans professionally and my husband a superstar with his arithmetic; we were completely disrespected as if we were idiots. They too also try to add a fake fee over $200 claiming they add paint protection to their vehicles and want to charge tax on it! We found the car online which is why we drove out there from Chandler. They want their sticker price. WHY BOTHER ADVERTISING ONLINE!?! Huge waste of my time. The salesman comes out with his manager and seriously asks us "well what are we trying to accomplish here"- well maybe the price you advertise the vehicle for and not over charge us on a ridiculous paint fee, overcharge on the registration fee and this flaky "doc" fee that you know was already paid by the first buyer. I got such a headache that I had to leave. I also need to mention that they didn't point out their shitty touch up job of scratches and gashes to the vehicle. They really had someone go over with one of those paint markers to try and hide everything. Do people really fall for this?
