I am totally disgusted with Neiman Marcus Scottsdale's Chanel store. I purchased a $4,000 Chanel purse for my wife and when she unwrapped the purse she saw that is had scratches in the leather. She went to Neiman's to exchange the purse but was belittled by their sale person who told her there was nothing they could do for her. I was shocked such a high-end store would make her feel like this. I just personally met Neiman's sale manager Dwight Giese who told me that they would not exchange the purse and they would send it out for repairs which is not acceptable when you consider I paid $4000 for this purse and it is within the return policy stated on the Neiman Marcus web site!
I will never buy another item at Neiman Marcus and I will make sure that I share my horrible Neiman Marcus customer service experience with countless others.
I own a business myself and I know how important it is to take care of your customers. Clearly Neiman Marcus needs to re-train their staff at Scottsdale.
