| - So here we go again. As much as I hate giving poor reviews, this one is definitely called for. I had complained several times to the office and after countless unreturned phone calls, finally one of the managers tried to make things right. Since I'd requested to switch units several times and the office was unable to grant this request, (please see my earlier post) they asked if there was anything they could do to my current apartment to make it more ideal or comfortable. I requested wood floors since it was the closest to the trinity model I'd desired. If I can't get rid of the sewer smell, I'd prefer wood. The manager Brianna got it approved but I was out of town in Arizona. I'd gone with my boyfriend and he requested 3 days off from work so he could help me move all my furniture (he was doing work in AZ which he would've received overtime for). I called and spoke with Brianna who scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I asked her twice on the phone if she could please call to confirm with me because I'd be driving 8 hours one direction back to Las Vegas specifically for the floor appointment and my boyfriend was missing work. I called her the following day to check up since I hadn't heard anything back and she said that since she hadn't received a text or email from the third party floor company that she was "pretty sure" I was on the schedule for Saturday. "Pretty sure" to me is not "definitely" so I was persistent. My boyfriend and I left AZ at about 4pm on Thursday night. I'd called the office 3 times that day but all I got was the automated system and voicemail. I don't bother leaving messages anymore. No one calls back except Jenna. We drove through the night to get me back to my apartment. In the am I went to the office to get more info about the flooring. I was told Brianna who had "confirmed" my appointment had found out just before they closed the day prior that there was no way the outsourcing company could do my floors on Saturday! It's the friggin 4th of July! I asked Jenna why Brianna didn't call me when she found this info out right away. At that point when the office closed, we had only just started driving and the response was absurd, apparently Brianna stated "because we were closing up." How hard is it to pick up the phone and call someone? Especially when it's your JOB! It's that complacent attitude representative in management at Reflections that has gotten that 1.5 stars on here!
My boyfriend doesn't live with me but I had no one else to help move my heavy furniture. This has cost him a large paycheck as it was all overtime and I'm out a lot of gas money for NOTHING! When I requested they adjust my rent, Brianna pretended to have an emergency (she may have, but her mannerisms were almost comically obvious) to avoid dealing with the situation she hid behind her cell phone as she ducked out, as if I couldn't see her. She told Jenna we could arrange for a "sit down" WHEN she returned from the "corporate emergency" which the *when* promptly turned into an IF she returned at all. So...all the stuff I wrote in my old review, still holds true. Nothing's changed much, except now they promise things and lack any professionalism to call a resident to alert them their appointment's cancelled so hey, go ahead and drive 16 hours while I head home and take a bath!
When I moved in, I think Reflections had 3 or 4 stars. Now they don't even have 2. It's safe to say, something's seriously wrong here.
