  • I've been calling for days to no avail. I have some questions and haven't been able to get a rep on the phone regardless of time of day. Currently I am at 19 attempts and counting. After listening to a dial tone for 6 minutes it simply disconnects you. Two weeks ago I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone only to be on the receiving end of some major attitude and being hung up on. What awesome customer service!
