  • Just bought a bag of "Under The Sun" original adult dog food from them, when I got home and opened the bag, to my horror BUGS! And what looks like, nests or bundles of webbing? I have no idea, all I know is that I bought a bag of food for my best friend and its full, I mean infested with bugs and gross bug remains! I'm grossed out to even have it in my house. gross gross gross! Also, I called customer service to see what I needed to do in this matter, if I exchange it, return it, do I bring the bag back, is there a "sorry you got a bag of bugs" discount? like???? It's full of bugs miss, what do I do! and she offered no apology or sincerity just a Response of "ya, we can do that." Do what! "Exchange it" ... Cool. My poor pup! Thankfully this bag went home with me and I'm very observant, because of things like this. If this had gone to anyone else who is less likely to have seen the bugs or would just have assumed that a fresh bag of dog food is safe to feed their best friend, I'd be worried for them and their dog! I'm very weary of getting another bag at this location, makes me extremely uneasy! Always check!
