  • I got my hair done with Holly twice. She's nice but she couldn't do what she said she could. I showed her picture of ash blonde that really light. She said she could do it and it would be ash blonde the first time. It ended up getting really dark at the top pretty much black and very little ash at the end. She said "I did my best". I would not be so mad if she told me that she couldn't do it at the first time. She still charged me the same price. I got my hair done somewhere else later and it turned out that Holly added black color to my hair instead of lighten it up. I would not go to her if you want ash color.
