  • Worst and most mismanaged Costco in the company. I had an eye dr appt and after waiting for 45 minutes and being ignored, I finally walked out. Another customer who arrived THIRTY minutes after me was served before me. Then a second customer who arrived FORTY FIVE minutes after me was also served before me. I was there 45 min, he was there a total of 3 minutes and he was already in the exam room. That's when I walked out. Costco recognized their system is broke and they were looking to make changes to prevent this. I won't ever be back.
